1st place – £15 – Will Griffin
For identifying a fault with the design at Micklehill and continuing to challenge and change the design for 2 months resulting in a saving of £10,000.
2nd place – £10 – Andy Lawley
For developing a more efficient process of issuing CRAMS and only making reference to safe working procedures. SWP’s can be referred to resulting in saving printing costs, creating a user friendly document and encourage the use of personnel files.
